This pattern is a light and airy, empire waist dress design, perfect for beach portraits and summer dresses.
The monogram variation has been edged with rickrack. The other variation features an inset which is bordered with entredeux and lace insertion. The inset squares may be made of embroidered handkerchiefs or your own embroidery on a plain fabric panel.
A short puffed sleeve pattern is also included to make this pattern more versatile! The neckline and armholes are finished with a bias binding facing.
A sand dollar shadow work design has been included. This is an easy dress to sew!
