Virginia is a dress with a raised waistline and gathered skirt. Two variations that button in the back can be made with a scalloped collar and pockets or a batiste and lace collar. Of the two version that button down the front, the sleeveless dress have ruffles down the front and the puffed sleeve dress has a large square collar. Available in sizes 5-8 only.
